Procedures for handling complaints - Almerska Förskolan
According to the Education Act ch. 4 § 8 you have the right to submit comments and complaints about your preschool if you
as a student, parent or staff have views on something in our operations.
The preschool sees comments and complaints as an opportunity to improve our routines and the content of ours
Operation.
What is a complaint?
If there is something that does not meet your expectations or if you are dissatisfied with yours child's stay at the preschool, it is a complaint.
Steg 1
We would like to encourage you to share your point of view with the person concerned in the first instance. Your
complaints will be documented by the receiving staff.
Steg 2
If, after that contact, you still have complaints/opinions, then contact the principal, which you can also do in step 1 if, for some reason, you do not want to contact the person concerned directly.
Principal documents your complaint and then contacts relevant staff to get their views the issue.
Or fill in the "Form for complaints and comments for preschool Almerska Villan" If you don't personally want to contact the person the problem is about, you can of course use the form.
Steg 3
The principal is responsible for follow-up and feedback within one month. Sometimes one can
complaint be complicated or for other reasons take longer to respond to.
If we need more than ten working days, we will notify you.
That conversation is also documented.
Steg 4
If problems arise that you and the staff or the preschool principal cannot resolve
You can contact the principal, the board of Förskolan Almerska Villan AB, yourself.
Steg 5
As last option, you can also turn to the School Inspectorate.
